Drum Mounted Foggers

Pow-R-Jet DM 6329

Fixed flow rate fogging

Large volume users will find the automatic dispersal of the Pow-R-Jet DM 6329 unit an easy, affordable method of fogging. Like its hand held Pow-R-Jet sibling, the 6329 has no flow control valve.

Instead, a precision restriction regulates liquid flow. This makes droplet size and fog output consistent from one application to another. Use it when the treatment protocol is set and field adjustments are unwanted.

The Pow-R-Jet DM can use either water- or oil-based liquids, including sanitizers, disinfectants, deodorants, insecticides and IGRs, water, and most other light solutions.

It is ideal for use in industrial warehouses, waste treatment plants, asbestos removal works ... wherever large areas require larger volumes of fogging liquid.

Pow-R-Jet Plus DM 6428

Fogging at an Affordable Price

The Pow-R-Jet® Plus DM 6428 is mechanically identical to the durable 6329 DM model, but includes a one-turn control valve so you can vary liquid output (0-9 oz/min) and droplet size, from an intermediate fog to a heavy wet mist. Higher flows produce larger droplets.

The dispensing rate can be calibrated in the field so you can adjust the output for different fogging liquids, viscosities and densities. And, as a "cold" fogger, using turbulence to shear liquid into small droplets, the Pow-R-Jet Plus DM handles both water- and oil-based liquids without high pressures or smoking hot surfaces.

It can even atomize a light slurry of suspended solids. However, the user must ensure that the liquid reservoir gets enough mixing to prevent stratification or settling; DM foggers by themselves do not supply any agitation.

Landfills, wastewater treatment plants, greenhouses, dairies and warehouses are but a few examples of large application sites that need large volumes of liquid and rely on this product for everyday use.

Micro-Jet® ULV DM 7421

Includes Motor-Saver brushes for extended use applications

The Micro-Jet® ULV DM 7421 drum mounted unit features precision control of particle size, from a dry, 7-micron ULV (ultra low volume) droplet to the larger particles of conventional fogging and misting equipment.

ULV application provides greater penetration and diffusion of fog particles, allowing more concentrated solutions to be used and shortening application times. Also, the higher surface to volume ratio of small droplets makes them superior for odor control and other gas contact applications.

With precision control and variable output (0-9 oz/min), the Micro-Jet DM can handle both oil- or water-based solutions. It is easily calibrated in the field to accommodate differences in solution viscosity and density. Application sites include waste treatment plants, paper mills, parks, warehouses, and food storage centers.

Sewr-Jet™ DM 4180

The remote discharge of the Sewr-Jet™ DM 4180 makes it ideal for odor control in hard-to-reach locations. Its tiny fog particles, with their vast surface area for efficient gas contact, provide high removal rates at low chemical cost.

The anti-siphon design and corrosion resistant nozzle of the 4180 are particularly suited for such below-grade applications as sewer lift stations and holding tanks. The nozzle may be suspended from above, attached to a pit cover, or mounted through a side wall.

Available in three hose lengths, the 4180 can be controlled manually, or automatically with a repeat cycle timer or gas monitor.

Like all Fogmaster's drum mounted units, it's a breeze to set up. Just screw the power head into your chemical container (it fits the standard bung openings of 30 and 55 gallon drums), adjust the valve for desired particle size (anything from a dry fog to a wet mist) and aim the output.

The 4180 is well suited for maintenance and repair operations -- portable, reliable and easy to care for. Just hose off the nozzle between jobs, clean the intake filter as needed, and change motor brushes when they wear out (600 hour estimated lifetime).

High-Jet™ DM 3290

The High-Jet™ DM 3290 offers remote fogging, up to 35 feet from the chemical reservoir.

Fog character, controlled by a valve on the power head, can be adjusted from a ULV (ultra low volume) dry fog (7-12 micron VMD) to a heavy wet mist (30+ micron size). High-Jet units are thus well suited to a wide range of applications, including odor control, pest control, sanitizing, moistening, dust control and humidification.

The power head screws into a standard 2" NPT drum opening. It is offered in 120 and 240VAC versions, and includes a 9 foot power cord. A solenoid valve keeps lines charged and prevents chemical loss due to siphoning. And like all Fogmaster units intended for heavy-duty use, it incorporates a motor saver brush to prevent commutator damage at the end of the brush's life.

High-Jet foggers can be matched with three standard hose lengths. Custom nozzle end options are available, including a thumb operated fog ON-OFF switch at the wand so you can fog only target areas, without treating the entire room or wasting chemical. Contact us to discuss your custom requirements.

The discharge height of the High-Jet is limited to its suction lift (about six feet above liquid height). For higher lifts, an auxiliary transfer pump or chemical feed pump is required.

Fogger may be controlled with timer for automated operation and labor savings in situations requiring repeated fogging.

Add a Timer

Repeat cycle timer. For odor control or applications requiring periodic discharge. Independent ON and OFF cycles (1-100 minutes each) let you balance fogging time/chemical usage. Cycle length is set with one-turn analog dial. 10 A contacts.

Plug timer into electric outlet, and plug fogger into timer receptacle. Cords and receptacles are available for compatibility with electrical systems around the world, including the Americas (NEMA 515, 615), Europe (Schuko, Euro plug), United Kingdom, China, Australia and India.
